Our annual team photoshoot looked a little different this year — and for good reason. After 25 years, it felt right to do something more reflective. More intentional. This wasn’t just about the visuals. It was about the story we’re stepping into.

A Look Into Our Next Chapter

The theme of this year’s shoot — expressive, considered, and distinctly feminine — mirrored how Amazing Spaces has evolved over time. What started as South Africa’s first film location agency has become something far bigger. Today, we offer a fully integrated property journey across locations, sales, rentals, developments, and now, our newest acquisition — Blue Chip Properties.

The florals became a perfect metaphor. Curated. Bold. Alive. They symbolised what Amazing Spaces is now: a brand rooted in creativity, care, and a deep respect for the spaces we represent.

As Julia Finnis-Bedford, founder of Amazing Spaces, puts it:

“This milestone isn’t just about where we’ve come from. It’s about the people, the homes, and the ideas that have shaped our journey — and where we’re going next.”

We’ve grown carefully — not by chasing scale, but by building a brand that reflects our values. Today, we support homeowners and clients across:

  • Film & photoshoot locations — a curated library of over 600 properties, each chosen for its visual character.

  • Residential sales & rentals — focused on premium homes in the Western Cape, with a deeply personal and design-led approach.

  • Developments through Habitat by Amazing Spaces — bold new homes that reflect modern living, story-first design and aesthetic integrity.

  • Blue Chip Properties — a trusted name in Constantia real estate, now part of the Amazing Spaces family.

Behind the Scenes

Our latest shoot was captured at two stunning homes: Green View in Constantia and Calatrava in Bishopscourt. It brought together the people behind the brand, with direction from:

  • Michelle Becker (@michelle54_) – for her calm presence and natural style behind the lens

  • Raffy Style (@stylebyraffy) – who styled our team with confidence and edge

  • Indian Summer (@indiansummerboutiques) – whose expressive pieces shaped our wardrobe

  • uBlom (@ublomflowers) – whose modern floral subscription added the final touch

New Offices. New Energy.
